1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of byWaqas ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all website design, development, SEO, Google Ads management and any other digital services provided.

2. Services

We provide web design, web development, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads management and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables and timelines for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• A deposit of 50% is required before project work commences.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion before delivery of final files.
• Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and due within 14 days.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design and code created for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their own licences.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, content and approvals as required.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content (text, images, logos) you supply.
• Not use our services for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes.

6. Revisions & Changes

Project proposals include a stated number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes outside the agreed brief will be quoted and billed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or business outcomes from SEO or advertising services. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payment remains due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
